Working in an area, under construction by the shopping centre owners – we faced numerous co-ordination challenges, that were overcome. Some of these were co-ordinating works around major infrastructure works, and co-ordinating access to site through multiple venue build’s, within the area. The project require integration with base building contractors to ensure seamless execution over an 11-week process. Insite Projects Australia worked collaboratively with all consultants to achieve this successful result for MIELE Australia.
